These terms govern your use of FindMyFerry. By using the site you accept them; if you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What FindMyFerry is
FindMyFerry is an independent ferry route comparison service. We are not a ferry operator, travel agent or ticket seller. We display route, schedule and indicative fare information and link you to ferry operators and booking partners to complete a booking.
2. Bookings are with the operator or partner
When you book a crossing, your contract is with the ferry operator or booking partner you book with — never with FindMyFerry. Their terms, fares, and change/cancellation and refund policies apply. Keep your booking confirmation and contact them directly about any booking.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep route, timetable and fare information accurate, but ferry schedules are seasonal and change at short notice, and fares are set by the operators. All information on FindMyFerry is indicative and provided "as is" — always confirm the exact sailing and price at the booking step. If you spot an error, please tell us.
4. Affiliate links
Some "Book with…" links are affiliate links: if you book through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This never changes the order of results or the price you pay. See our Privacy Policy for how tracking works.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You may not scrape, bulk-download or republish our content, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The FindMyFerry name, site design and editorial content are ours. Operator names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify their services only.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMyFerry is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on this site, from bookings made with operators or partners, or from cancelled, delayed or altered sailings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes
We may update the site and these terms at any time; the current version is always at this address.
